movement, how to start one (wip)

this is a public health (service) announcement:  Colon cancer is one of the (leading?) cause of cancer in the unusually highly processed food, low fiber diet world (G1, G2, G3, G5 (group of 5), G7 (group of 7), G20 (group of 20)).  pooping (bowel movement) (getting rid of unwanted and unneed waste) is essential to all life.  Eat plenty of natural food (well balanced diet), like grain, seeds, fruit, nuts, mushroom, plant life, and vegetable (avail able, access able, afford able, abundance, sustain able, reliable, convenience (AAAASRC - 4ASRC)) daily.  According to Ben (Benjamin Franklin), an apple a day keeps the doctor away.

a movement (bowel) (how to start one, daily) (peeing and pooping)

how to start a movement (democracy in action)
  (for example, environmental movement)
  (what happen?)
  simple message
  what is the cause
  self organizing group
  recruit the recruiters
  recruiter/ messenger  (dual role)
    each recruiter has two roles
    1. to recruit other recruiters
         recruit recruiters
    2. pass on the message
         message passing recruiters
         message passing
    3. have periodic meeting to self-organize
         self-help group
         invite experts for talk
    4.   model after Christian movement, with the goal to spread the message (gospel: good news), developed self-organizing group, avoid being persecuted.  Although model after the Christian movement, we are not a religious movement.  The method here can be used to initiate a religious movement or any other movement, but we are not about that.  Our movement are about the real world, material, Social Technological Economic Political mental model (STEP mental model) (STEPMM), physical, as we see, hear, feel, smell, taste, live, and living experience, here and now.  We are not about repairing, healing, mending the past.  Although the movement can be about that.  After all, it is your movement.  We are not about addressing, attending, working, crafting, influencing  the future.  Again, this is going to be your movement.  You decide what you and your friends are going to work on.  We work on the present, daily, day in, and day out (as a suggestion and recommendation).  Work on the immediate.  ‘To quote Sir William Osler: "His name was Sir William Osler.  Here are the twenty-one words that he read in the spring of 1871 -- twenty-one words from Thomas Carlyle that helped him lead a life free from worry:  “Our main business is not to see what lies dimly at a distance, but to do what lies clearly at hand.”", from the book, How to stop worrying and start living, by Dale Carnegie, [1944, 1945, 1946, 1947, 1948].’  Heaven and hell is right here on Earth.  No need to argue, imagine, ponder, pointificate, thought experiment, scenario workshop, scenario plannning  about the afterlife, the next life, reincarnation, karma, or the future.  However, if your movement is going to be about that, then you can do that (sound like a club, a group date, an on going meeting, does it not?).
    5.   the movement should stay under the RADAR, meaning we do not do public relation.  Under the RADAR is one of our mantra.  the movement is not a secret.  the movement exist to address the cause, the issue, the problem, the pain point.  If someone or somebody would like to know about us, then they can join the movement.  We are not about giving out short elevator pitch to educate the public about the movement.  We recruit individual, one-by-one.  We build relationship, connection, friendship, even.  Community.  people can join the movement, to simply to get to know us, and then they can leave, if they like.  We got to know you.  You got to know us.  We have a relationship, somewhat.  The bigger problems, the more people are going to have be recruited.  Because we are going to have to mobilized the vote.
    6.   ultimately, the movement is about the relationship, the friendship, the interaction, self-development, and group development.  the movement itself, the cause, the issue, the problem  is the vehicle, the purpose, to get like minded people to work together.  for you to have many  strong and lasting friendship, relationship, and connection.  Community of acceptance.
    7.   you are now part of the movement.  go and find other like minded friends, family, and others  to be positive change in your community.

cancer is some what like pregnancy; cancer is nothing like pregnancy; you are either pregnant (1) or you are not (0); you are either employed (1) or you are not (0); when you are unemployed, that's 100 per cent unemployment or zero per cent employment; in these two ways, cancer is some what like pregnancy and unemployment; you either have colon cancer, or you do not.  Listen to Ben (Benjamin Franklin), eating an apple daily with some cheese  keeps the doctor away.  (the preceding message is not funded by the international Apple grower association of Earth (IAGAE).)

this is an other public health (service) announcement on the need for daily movement and “diaphragmatic breathing”:

daily exercise (like moving, dancing, singing, walking, treking, jogging, jumping, hopping, group water fun exercise, climbing, ...) ==> engages “diaphragmatic breathing”
==> “diaphragmatic breathing” stimulates the organs ── the stomach, the liver, the pancreas, the spleen, the solar plexus.
==> “diaphragmatic breathing” massages your stomach and your intestines.
==> these stimulations and massaging help the process of pooping.

pp.172─173
“diaphragmatic breathing is a distinct aid to the peristaltic action of the intestines and a boon to health.”
; so he went back, explained, enlarged in this fashion:

The diaphragm is a thin muscle forming the floor of the chest at the base of the lung and the roof of the abdominal cavity.  When inactive and during chest breathing, it is arched like an inverted washbowl.
In abdominal breathing every breath forces this muscular arch down until it becomes nearly flat and you can feel your stomach muscles pressing against your belt.  This downward pressure of the diaphragm massages and stimulates the organs of the upper ppoart of the abdominal cavity ── the stomach, the liver, the pancreas, the spleen, the solar plexus.
When you breathe out again, your stomach and your intestines will be forced up against the diaphragm and will be given another massage.  This messaging helps the process of elimination.
A vast amount of ill health originates in the intestines.  Most indigestion, constipation, and auto-intoxication would disappear if our stomachs and intestines were properly exercised through deep diaphragmatic breathing.

democracy, itself, is an ideology and a movement.
true blue radical democracy is unnatural, chaotic, difficult process, and the disagreement can go on and on and on and on and on, with never ending debate, voting process, veto, gridlock, and nothing getting done, because in a democracy with bigger head count than 150 (yes, more than one hundred and fifty humans (see the rule of 150)), the organized minority can have a voice and ... .

in starting your movement, start small.  Start local.  Pick an issue, a problem, a pain point, a cause that you can immediately see, hear, feel, taste, touch, smell, and understand.  The issue, the cause, the problem, the problem, the sickness  is concrete, is real, immediate, you can see everyday when you walk out your door.  The problem could even be right there in your home, in the very air you are breathing, in the water you are drinking, in the food you are eating, in the too much noise you are hearing, in the technological device in yours and your children pocket, in the predictable gridlock within the high speed transportation network.
The problem or situation could be you need to start a study group in your school to understand the class you are taking better.
The problem or situation could be your family do not have enough food to eat.
The problem or situation could be unexplained sickness and illness in your community.
The problem or situation could be noise and light pollution in your immediate environment.
The problem or situation could be there is no public transportation and not enough public transportation in your community.  (The fact that there is not a good public transportation in many community, in a high density populated area, where people mover public transportation system make sense  is not an accident; historically, the automobile manufacturer, the tire makers, and ...  saw public transportation and electric powered train in dense urban environment as competitor; they were thinking if there is no public transportation system, then people would be forced to buy their products (cars, automobile))
The problem or situation could be affordable housing in your community.
The problem or situation could be jobs.

(( I am not a lawyer.  the following involved legal ramification.  if you do not have legal right, legal protection, authorization, documentation  to be in the united states, at any time, the u.s. immigration and naturalization service can track you down, capture and detain you, and deport you back to where you came from. ))
The problem or situation could be your community need to be able to be safe, not deported, have legal rights, and ...
Democracy is available to everyone, even to the undocumented.

Democracy is not just for selected few.
Democracy is -- one way, one method, one practice technique procedure process protocol (PTPPP - pteepee) [practice tactic technique procedure process protocol - PTTPPP] -- to address problems, issues, situations, difficulties, instead of devolving to violence.
look at the baby:  crawl, sit, stand, walk, jog, run (csswjr).  When you were a baby on your back, you could not even flip over on to your stomach.  But eventually, you developed developmentally, as a baby, to be able to do that.  All to most babies figure this out.  You learned to crawl.  You learned to sit up right without falling over.  In the beginning, you could not even stand up on your own two legs and feet without help.  But you developed and figure it out.  You learn to stand.  You learned to walk.  You learned to jog.  And eventually, you learned to run.
In a different process, but analogical to learning to crawl, to sit, to standing, to walking, to jogging, to running, so too you can learn to start a movement.  And you will not be doing this alone.  There are many people, in the same situation as you, who will join the cause.  This is what democracy is about.  Many people say, a family is not a democracy.  But we can learn democracy in a family.  Many people say, school is not a place for democracy.  School is a place for learning.  However, I say, school is an ideal place and environment to learning and practicing democratic movement.
All movement starts out small to gather momentum.
Should you decide to leave the movement, and the cause, the problem, the issue, the pain continued to exist, be sure to pass on the movement baton to the next group, next generation, pass on your experience by way of stories.
If yu are unsure and unclear as to what you want to call your self, and if you want a name, you can call yourself the (M)ovement.  You are part of the (M)ovement.

In the beginning, as you are new to this, you can start or join a movement.  Many organization are movement but are not called movement.  In my opinion, Ideology is a movement disguised as an idea.  For example, there is global movement, I call, Financial Insurance Real Estate (FIRE) social political economic movement (FIRE spem), also refer to as capitalism.  FIRE spem (Financial insurance real estate social political economic movement) is an ideology that say [they do not actually say, this, I am making fun of it], capitalist is the ownership class, they are the master of the universe, pretty much and if at all possible exploit the workers to the fullest extent possible, discourage union, discourage collective bargaining, discourage, disrupt, and destroy any and all worker movement, the capitalists can organized, but the workers are not allowed to organized, it is a one size fit all  FIRE spem (Financial insurance real estate social political economic movement) ideology.  FIRE spem (Financial insurance real estate social political economic movement) wants most to all people to be consumers and users of products and services.  And they do their best to educate, train (literal training), indoctrinate, and conditioned people into consumers and users.  Ideally, they really want their products / services (materialism) to be like a drug.  Once you are hooked into their products / services, and  you are addicted to it and are completely dependent upon them, that's their ultimate goal and purpose.  FIRE spem (Financial insurance real estate social political economic movement) ideology wants monopoly or duopoly in their business sector, and they do not want competition, because competition tends to mean lower price (price competition), and lower profit.  They are -- in so many words -- are like a drug dealer.  These capitalist dealers do not want any alternative ideology, mental model, mindset, or belief system.  WE do not want that.  We are against that.  We believe that it is immoral, unethical, and illegal for any thing, any one, any place, any environment to behave in this way and allow such behave to continue.  (capitalism is not really like this, however, there are some aspects of capitalism - by the very variation in human nature and human behaviour - that are very much like this; so it is not all completely true, or, all completely false.  To make fun of a thing, there as to be a grain of truth to the point you are using as the subject of your ridicule)
We want to be a co-producer, co-creator, co-writer ... of our world (Reality, Matrix).  We do not want to be a slave or enslaved to the system.  Everyone should have the opportunity, the capability, the capacity to be a co-determinator, a co-producer, co-creator and contributor to the decision-making process.  Using a restaurant menu analogy, the decision-maker choose what get serve from the menu list.  Co-producer, co-creator, and contributor help decide and make the menu list.  Barbara Streisand said, in one of her recent interview to promote her memoir book, she does not care so much or how much she got paid, what she wants was, she wants control; here is what she meant by that, she meant that, anything and everything related to and about her, is not done without asking (for her permission and authorization), and that she has the final say, for example, her album cover, the title on her album, so on and so forth.  Real  democracy is about having a say, maybe even a final say on things that would matter to you, your health, your lives, your welfare, your well being, your children, your grand children, your great grand children ...

another movement that is important to study
  (women right to vote)
(( isn't remarkable that, at one time, women, can not vote, and therefore, there voice, their real interest, needs, and wants  was not formally included in the political process?  ))

Women health movement
(abortion being one of the issue)

NAACP (right to vote for African American in the U.S.)
African american equal right and anti-discrimination movement

war movement (let's have a fight)
this movement is usually a top down affair, however, in tribal society, war have started ... .
mobilization for a fight (related to firearm)
in every organized human society in recorded history, ... .
for example, the United states entering the European war in 1916 (at the time, this was called the Great war, and then later, the it was called, World war one, even though it was happening only in Europe (??); this war was also refer to as the War to end all war; ...)

Anti-war movement
usually pop-up when there is an unpopular war (conflict) in foreign land
as one example, the Vietnam war (u.s.-vietnam conflict)

Peace movement
this is a decentralized group of people, and individual who believe in and support peace (peaceful resolution and solution to all conflicts) (and if they can, they believe in the prevention of conflict, in addressing the causes and conditions underlying to all human conflicts, ...); they want a peaceful world; being naturally peaceful in their daily lives, they become active and agitated when there is a fight, lots of death, and great deal of suffer.  Most of the time, they are inactive.

business movement

period, menstruation movement

mentionable movement (Fred Roger)
to be able to talk about what we can not talk about
to to able to talk about things, feelings, places, ideas, ..., person, people that we do not have word for; ... dance ...

September 11, 2001 conspiracy movement
not so much about the event itself, but how the event was covered in the media, the publicly available information about it, what was talked about, what was not talked about, the interpretation of the event, the translation of the event (this happened in the United States, in New York city, causing three World Trade center buildings to collapse) (supposedly a jumbo jet airplane, with passengers on board, flew into the Pentagon), the commission afterward, the what was written about in the commission report, what was not included in the commission report, see Oklahoma federal building bombing conspiracy movement, see JKF assassination comspiracy movement, September 11, 2001 was used as the incidenting incident for ..., the event of September 11, 2001 is important, but what is of interest is the role September 11, 2001 plays afterward,

 • Informer
if your organization comes under the RADAR of the FBI, then there is a possibility, however remote, the FBI might assign one of their agent to give you a look.  No big deal.  If your organization further interest the FBI, or if somehow, in some ways, ..., then the FBI might take the next more elaborate step of recruiting an informer, some one already on the inside, or, recruiting an outsider to join your cause to be an insider.  Again, no big deal.  The movement is supposed to recruit recruiter/ messenger.  New informer or old informer, they can be come part of the movement.  Think Christianity.  Jesus.  Joshua.  However, whoever it is that, be an informer or not, you should keep in mind of keeping to your cause, the issue, the purpose, the agenda.  For example, the environmental movement (it is an on going concern).  Do not let anyone  distract or disrupt or ... from the purpose of the movement.  I am not talking about disagreement or dissenting or discussion or back and forth.  I am saying, someone who have shown over to time to be engaging in a pattern and practice of derailing the train from the track.  That person should be have been talked with along time ago, and would have to be asked to leave the movement if he or she or they can not changed their behavior.   Come to Jesus moment.   You do not have to be a Christian, but if you want to stay, this is how Christian behave,  this is what Christian say and do.  Behave like a duck:  swim, dive, fly, waddle (walk), keep your feather clean and healthy.  Ducks eat these things to stay healthy and strong.  Standard of performance (Bill Walsh, American football coach, west coast, united states).  Jesus was perfectly fine with people who are not part of Christian movement who were promoting the Christian cause, doing good things for the community, and healing the sick in the name of Jesus, when in fact they were not one of the chosen disciples.  We want people to do good and be a positive helper (Fred Roger, also known as Mister Roger).  If they are doing good, do not interrupt the process.

 • Counter intelligence
Counter intelligence is when someone or something is gathering  intelligence on you and your organization, you have methods and techniques for detecting and identifying them (the activity), and gathering knowledge on their activity.  As an open organization, we have no need for counter intelligence.

 • Verbal attack.  Personal attack.  Ad homonim (look this up).  Demonizing your movement, demonizing you.  Bad mouthing you, your members and your movement to make things difficult for the messeger recruiter.  As of now, I have no solution for this.  You are going to have to work this out when this becomes a problem.  Remember, everyone is a messenger and a recruiter.  Dual role.  In the unlikely event of unfriendly situation, my suggestion to travel in pair as much as possible.  Again, I am taking this from the New Testament, the Bible.  Jesus, or ..., said in the Bible, when spreading the Good news (Gospel), to travel in pair, and to never stay, even if welcome, longer than three days.

 • Creation of a movement that co-opt your own movement to be later close down, to get rid of the movement (taking away the wood from the camp fire):
this I have no solution for.  Basically, if some organization decide that the movement is such a threat that they needed to create a second movement to recruit people away from your movement, but in fact, their agenda is not to ... the movement, but their agenda is take people away from your movement, and when your movement fail, they, then, deliberately sabotage their own movement, saying, the movement was a failure.
At this time, there is no way for me to know ahead of time, if a second movement that has sprouted up is an other real movement or a sabotage movement.  It is like having a competitor in the same space.  Maybe, you can try to find out how they are getting their funding.  You can keep your own movement going.  After all, you are self organized.  There is no need to close down, as long as the cause, the issue, the problem continued to exist.  The movement exist because the cause, the issue, the problem, the condition continued to exist.

 • Dialectic argument (manage the conflict)
there is a method of distracting the people from the real issue or any issue.  I do not have a phrase or a label for it.  The method has been around, has been used many times successfully, it is important to mention.  When you see it in action, you will get it.  Humans are like dogs.  We like and want to chase the ball.  We want to retrieve the stick.  Go get the stick.  Go get the ball.  You can say, it is human natural reactivity to be distracted.
So let say there is an issue.  Gay (LGBT rights), Guns (gun control), God (Bible, prayer, school) (Christianity as an official national religion), Baby (abortion, women health, pregnancy).  The method is to surface the issue.  The more controversial, the more divisive, the more polarizing, the more inflammatory, the more heated, the more difficult the issue the better.  The actual and real goal is NOT to resolve the issue, but to manage the conflict itself.  You surface the two extreme solutions, the most polarizing extreme solution to the issue.
Let's pick gun control, as one example.  One extreme solution to mass shooting in schools, universities, workplaces, public events, and other places is  to take away every one firearms and ammo.  Yes, we will asked everyone to turn in their firearms collection and ammo stockpile, with adequate compensation, of course.  So that is one solution (no more guns and ammo) (complete and absolute ban) (never mind the Bill of rights).  You want firearms and ammo?  Join the military, the local police force, the FBI, the secret service, or any one of the governmental agency, local, state, or federal, that are required to carry firearms as part of their jobs.  Find a jobs as a licensed to carry firearm security officer.  Another extreme solution is to issue everyone, a personal firearms, a set of issued ammunitions, requirement for basic firearms training, requirement to carry your firearms and ammo at all time, requirement for shooting qualification annually, the requirement to join and attend your local gun community club, and the requirement for mandatory weekly attendance.  In brief, The other solution is guns and ammo for everyone, madatory, government regulation and enforcement.  You ask people to pick a side.  Either side.  It does not matter which side they pick.  The method, the purpose, the idea, being, you want them to spend their energy and attention on supporting one side  or the others.  The method is in expending the people energy, in consuming the people finite attention resource, in distracting the people from the other real issue that they should be pay attention to.  People can only pay attention to one thing at a time.  And if they are paying attention to this inflammatory issue, they are now distracted, and would not be looking at anything else.  Magic.   Misdirection.  This (gun control) is a distraction issue.  Because it is legal to own and buy firearms of all sorts in the united states.  The real issue is the regulatory part of firearms, ammo, and other aspects of having what is traditional a weapon of war in civilian setting.  The rate of fire (or firing rate) of a modern firearms becomes a serious public safety issue (see story about FBI under armed, FBI Los Angeles shooting, FBI overwhelmed).  The other issue is technology or technical development in general, as they ... to the manufacturing, crafting, spreading of specification, and information needed to put together firearms.  The metal and high-grade plastic home machine printing technological aspect is changing the capability and capacity to do-it-yourself (DIY) manufacturing piece by piece different parts of a firearms.
Let's pick another issue.  Undocumented migration and current undocumented humans living and working in the United States.  One solution is a complete ban on all undocumented people.  Kick everyone out.  You are not a u.s. citizen or if you lost your u.s. citizenship.  Out you go.  No more undocumented people.  Straight forward.  Simple.  Easy to understand.  The other solution is to let everyone in.  Open border.  Anyone and everyone who wants to come into the United States, sure, come on in.  WE do not care.  We will not do anything to you, or with you.  Unless, of course, if you break the law, then, yes, we will eventually get you.  You are welcome to come and go as you please.  There is no border.  This is a real issue.  If you are not affect by this, then this is not an issue for you.

 • Violent wing (action wing) (separate out) (insulate)
we do not advocate or condone violence.  People in the movement or anyone else that suggest or even hint at direct action or violence has to leave the organization and start their own thing.  Think of it this way.  You have the Foreign ministry.   You have the Military (Defense ministry).  They are separate organization.  People in the military who join the Foreign ministry do not go around carrying fire arms, and saying, let's to go war, let's attack them, kill them, bomb everything.   And if you worked in the Foreign ministry, and you decide to join the military, then you should be required to go through the basic firearm training.  Also people in the Foreign ministry have protective service people, and they are trained to carry firearms.  This does not mean you do not defend your self against violence.  Nor does this mean you do not plan for possible or potential violence or eruption of violence from other people.  Not being violence does not mean not preparing for the possibilities of violence coming from other sources.   Also many people in the military with the historical knowledge of warfare, and others, more than anyone, knows how futile a war is, and that once you unleashed the dog of war (war dog), then things tend to have their own mind and course of action.  (( you basically become "a prisoner of events" ))

Filled with the confidence of the young, Battle suggested that the orders were far too vague for someone like MacArthur.  Acheson simply exploded ── Battle later noted that he had never seen him that angry before ──

“And are you willing to take on the entire Joint Chiefs of Staff?”

p.331
It had been a rare moment, Battle felt, when the secretary revealed just how much he was a prisoner of events.  Years later, Averell Harriman would sum it all up this way:  “It would have taken a superhuman effort to say no.  Psychologically it was almost impossible to not go ahead and complete the job.”

p.332
“Inchon was,” said Frank Gibney, then a young combat correspondent from Time, “the most expensive victory we ever won because it led to the complete deification of MacArthur and the terrible, terrible defeats that happened next.”

  ( The coldest winter : America in the Korean war / David Halberstam.──1st ed.; 1. korean war, 1950─1953──united states., DS 919.H35 2007, 951.904'240973──dc22, [2007], )

In war, it can be said, is the ultimate, bloody and expensive (treasure, treasury) way to resolve an issue that is difficult to solve between two entities with strong disagreement, whether they be civil war between the states in North America, between tribes, clans, families, gangs or Thucydides' History of the Peloponesian War.  Religious wars.  Through out history -- (that we know about, because, obviouly, it is not possible to know about the untold, under told, hidden, and secret story of  history that we do not know) -- Warfare has been used, again and again, as a way to solve problems.  By warfare, or the affair war, I mean, the organization of force with an aim or a goal in mind:  human resource, equipment, and training; and the application, or the use of that force.

 • Thucydides' History of the Peloponesian War.

Joshua Cooper Ramo (author), The seventh sense (book), 2016

pp.232-233
the answer would be measured in blood and treasure and children.
Put yourself in the place of the population of Melos, a peace-loving Mediterranean island whose destruction 2,400 years ago was chronicled by Thucydides in The Peloponnesian War.  “Surely you have noticed that you are an island and we control the ocean”, an unwelcome Athenian general intimated to a Melian citizens' council one day 416 BCE, as his soldiers and ships collected menacingly outside the city's walls.  Athens wanted the Melians to join an alliance against Sparta.  The Melians ── like poor Lin Zexu or Lobengula of the Matabele ── yearned only to be left alone.  “You would not agree to our being neutral, friends instead of enemies, but allies of neither side?” they asked.  No, the Athenians replied, and then came a line that has resonated throughout the problems of nations ever since:  “It is the nature of power that he who has it takes; he who does not must submit.”  The Melians voted against surrender.  Perhaps the Spartans would mount a relief raid?  The Athenians might change their minds?  Neither happened.  The Melian men were betrayed and then massacred.  Their wives and children were sold as slaves.

Joshua Cooper Ramo (author), The seventh sense (book), 2016

 • Resistance and counter force
At some stage in your movement, you might or should encounter resistance to the movement and, maybe, a counter force.  Whatever you do, at some stage, there is strong chance that the entrenched power structure, area of  influence, the need and want for control for the people already part of the system, these people, they would push back on the movement for what ever reason.  This is to be expect, should that happened.  In a democractic system, in the United States, at least, so far, because things could changed in many direction, if you can developed a strong enough movement and mobilized the vote, as long as it is not illegal, immoral, unethical, and unconstitutional, then the movement should succeed.  That's how the system supposed to work.  If you have enough vote, the majority is supposed to get it their way.  (( we won't go into how can a minority can control the majority. ))

         recruit recruiters
    2. pass on the message
         message passing recruiters
         message passing
    3. have periodic meeting to self-organize
         self-help group
         invite experts for talk
    4.   model after Christian movement, with the goal to spread the message (gospel: good news), developed self-organizing group, avoid being persecuted. No need to argue, imagine, ponder, pointificate, thought experiment, war game, war room gaming, game theory exercise, scenario workshop, scenario plannning  about the afterlife, the next life, reincarnation, karma, or the future.

This part is model after the Alcoholic Anonymous group meeting.  One aspect of the alcoholic anonymous method that we like is self-organized regular weekly meeting.  this is usually done at the local church, shrine, temple, synagogue, mosk (Islamic place of worship), community space, and what is essentially a group talk.
    7.   you are now part of the movement.  go and find other like minded friends, family, and others  to be positive change in your community.

this is an other public health (service) announcement on the need for daily movement and “diaphragmatic breathing”:

daily exercise (like moving, dancing, singing, walking, treking, jogging, jumping, hopping, group water fun exercise, climbing, farming, gardening, weeding, ...) ==> engages “diaphragmatic breathing”

The problem or situation could be your community need to be able to be safe, not deported, have legal rights, and ...
Democracy is available to everyone, even to the undocumented.

Democracy is not just for selected few.
Democracy is -- one way, one method, one practice technique procedure process protocol (PTPPP - pteepee) [practice tactic technique procedure process protocol - PTTPPP] -- to address problems, issues, situations, difficulties, instead of devolving and evolving to violence and other drastic action.
look at the baby:  crawl, sit, stand, walk, jog, run (csswjr).

We believe that it is immoral, unethical, and illegal for any thing, any one, any place, any environment to behave in this way and allow such behavior to continue.
([ tobacco cigarrete industry (smoking), fossil fuel oil gasoline private transporation automobile automobile tire manufacturer, food beverage sugary drink industry (with strong focus in the United states), pill mill (pharma industry), Financial crisis of 2007-2008 (5 investment banks, 2 financial conglomerates, 3 security insurance companies, 3 rating agencies, 40 trillion dollars in credit default swap), Enron, ... ])
We want to be a co-producer, co-creator, co-writer ... of our world (Reality, Matrix).  We do not want to be a slave or enslaved to the system.  Everyone should have the opportunity, the capability, the capacity to be a co-beneficiary, co-determinator, a co-producer, co-creator and contributor to the decision-making process.

 • Informer
if your organization comes under the RADAR of the FBI, then there is a possibility, however remote, the FBI might assign one of their agent to give you a look.

Character assasination.

Bill of rights

Article I
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise of thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Articles II
A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.

([
Some notes:  on the effect of weapons and means of communication on tactics
by Major George S. Patton, Jr.

Army war college 1934

pre-Napoleon:

In order to complete the picture, mention should be made of the fact that the musket was of the model of 1777; that it weighed eleven pounds; that it had an effective range of 200 yards and a maximum range of 500 yards; that the rate of fire was two rounds a minute; that each soldier carried sixty rounds; and, finally, that a good shot could not make 50% of hits on a 6 foot by 6 foot target at 75 yards.
    ])

([ what does it mean ])
You want firearms and ammo?  Join the military, the local police force, the FBI, the secret service, or any one of the governmental agency, local, state, or federal, that are required to carry firearms as part of their jobs.  Find a jobs as a licensed to carry firearm security officer.  Another extreme solution is to issue everyone, a personal firearms, a set of issued ammunitions, requirement for basic firearms training, requirement to carry your firearms and ammo at all time, requirement for shooting qualification annually, the requirement to join and attend your local gun community club, and the requirement for mandatory weekly attendance.  In brief, The other solution is guns and ammo for everyone, madatory, community (government) regulation and enforcement. The real issue is the regulatory part of firearms, ammo, and other aspects of having what is traditionally a weapon of war in civilian setting.  The rate of fire (or firing rate), which is related to magazine capacity (because when there a single shooter, and he is switching magazine, there is a slight pause in the incoming fire), of a modern firearms becomes a serious public safety issue (see story about FBI under armed, FBI Los Angeles shooting, FBI overwhelmed).
Do what you want.

You have the Foreign ministry (ministry of foreign affair, Foreign affair ministry).

Through out history -- (that we know about, because, obviously, it is not possible to know about the untold, under told, hidden, and secret story of  history that we do not know) -- Warfare has been used, again and again, as a way to solve problems.  By warfare, or the affair of war, I mean, the organization of force with an aim or a goal in mind:  human resource, equipment, and training; and the application, or the use of that force.

(( we won't go into how can a minority can control the majority. ))

The praetorian guard : the u.s. role in the new world order, essays based on earlier lectures., by John Stockwell, 1991

pp.106─107
Organizations that are targeted and penetrated by secret federal agent are seriously disrupted.  The public record is replete with exposés of agents encouraging illegal activity, including murder, to discredit the organizaton in question.  Once members of an organization commit serious crimes, the Justice department can pursue them in open court and the public sees them as criminals.
Less dramatically, domestic covert operations set people to fighting, disrupting their organizations from within.  The so-called peace movement is notorious fractious, and writhes in guilt at its inability to function peacefully.  “Peaceniks” are among the most independent-minded people in the world, each with his or her own view of how things should be done and often emotionally volatile.  Yes, at least some of the resulting dissension is fomented by professional agents in their midst.  It takes only one intelligent, professionally trained provocateur to set a group to fighting until it disintegrates.  The beauty of it from the government's point of view is that such groups have a horror of self-analysis, and its agents often go on from one group to the next making trouble.
I know personally how this works.  In 1987, I put together a national association, called the Association for Responsible Dissent (ARDIS), that seemed to have tremendous energy.  For the first year, its activities went swimmingly.  Then a series of incidents occurred that defied logic.  On occasion, members proposed activities that were irresponsible, reprehensible, and would have been illegal, had we not cut them off.
For example, although the organization was adamantly opposed to covert operations, one officer began to raise funds to finance an unrepentant mercenary killer to organize a coup d'état in Asia.  Such fund raising is illegal.  The officer also tried to implicate a prominent congressional committee in this plot, which could have grievously sabotaged the committee's effectiveness.  Other officers proposed financial arrangements that our attorneys warned would have entailed fraud and conspiracy to defraud the government.  Prominent members wrote poison pen letters hinting at financial impropriety (after our books had been audited by two independent CPAs) and mailed the letters to potential funders, effectively killing any chance of our receiving any substantial grants.
Factions quickly formed until the group's principle expense seemed to be huge telephone bills as individuals gossiped, lobbied, and jockeyed for positions of leadership.  In 1988, I was obligated to close the association down lest it lead to a major scandal.  Among the many frustrations, shared by nearly all members, was doubt.  We will never know if we were simply unable to get along, if some of our members merely had bad judgement, or if there was an agent or two in our midst fomenting the dissention.

In many situations, however, the boundary between good and bad is a reference point that changes over time and depends on the immediate circumstances.

Loss aversion refers to the relative strength of two motives: We are driven more strongly to avoid losses than to achieve gains. A reference point is sometimes the status quo, but it can also be a goal in the future: not achieving a goal is a loss; exceeding it is a gain.

If you are set to look for it, the asymmetric intensity of the motives to avoid losses and to achieve gains shows up almost everywhere. It is an ever-present feature of negotiations, especially of renegotiations of an existing contract, the typical situation in labor negotiations, and in international discussions of trade or arms limitations.  Loss aversion creates an asymmetry that makes agreements difficult to reach.

Negotiations over a shrinking pie are especially difficult because they require an allocation of losses. People tend to be much more easy going when they bargain over an expanding pie.

A biologist observed that “when a territory holder is challenged by a rival, the owner almost always wins the contest -- usually within a matter of seconds.”

As initially conceived, plans for reform almost always produce many
winners and some losers while achieving an overall improvement.

If the affected parties have any political influence, however, potential losers will be more active and determined than potential winners; the outcome will be biased in their favor and inevitably more expensive and less effective than initially planned.

The familiar rule that possession is nine-tenths of the law confirms the moral status of the reference point. If people who lose suffer more than people who merely fail to gain, they may also deserve more protection from the law.

the amygdala, which has a primary role as the “threat center” of the brain, although it is also activated in other emotional states.

Bad Is Stronger
The brains of humans contain a mechanism that is designed to give priority to bad news. No comparably rapid mechanism for recognizing good news has been detected. Threats are privileged above opportunities,

In a paper titled, “Bad Is Stronger Than Good,” some scholars summarized the evidence: “Bad emotions, bad parents and bad feedback have more impact than good ones, and bad information is processed more thoroughly than good. The self is more motivated to avoid bad self-definitions than to pursue good ones. Bad impressions and bad stereotypes are quicker to form and more resistant to disconfirmation than good ones.”

When Richard Thaler, Jack Knetsch and I studied public perceptions of what constitutes unfair behavior on the part of merchants, employers and landlords, we found that the moral rules by which the public evaluates what companies may or may not do draw a crucial distinction between losses and gains.

The basic principle is that the existing wage, price or rent sets a reference point, which has the nature of an entitlement that must not be infringed. It is considered unfair for the company to impose losses on its customers or workers relative to the reference transaction, unless it must do so to protect its own entitlement.

The familiar rule that possession is nine-tenths of the law confirms the moral status of the reference point. If people who lose suffer more than people who merely fail to gain, they may also deserve more protection from the law.  [[ as applied to abortion, once you have, and then you loose it, then it is even more painful (hurt, bad, ouchie) than when you never had in the first place. ]]

basic level words (Lakoff and Wehling)

George Lakoff and Elisabeth Wehling, The Little Blue Book, 2012        [ ]
written by George Lakoff and Elisabeth Wehling

p.41
Basic-level words activate imagery in our mind; for example, the basic-level word  chair  evokes an image of a chair; the more general, or superordinate-level, word  furniture  does not evoke a specific image. Basic-level words activate motor programs in our brain as part of our speech comprehension; the word  cat, for example, evokes motor programs that have to do with prototypical interaction with cats, such as petting them. The word  animal  activates no such motor programs. In short, basic-level concepts are the most powerful and effective in communication due to their connection to the body and the way that aspects of their meaning are integrated.

p.42
The word  environment  is an abstract category. There is no one clear image that comes to mind when hearing it; there is no complex motor planning or visual imagery activated. Contrast this with the words  forest, soil, water, air, and sky.  They bring clear imagery to mind. We all have seen the sky, touched water, breathed air, and walked in forest.

p.42
When you search for basic-level wording, the following checklist helps. As you consider a word, ask yourself:

   • Have I seen it with my own eyes?
   • Have I touched it or otherwise directly interacted with it?
   • Have I smelled it or heard it?
   • Can I take a pen and draw a picture of it, even a line drawing,
     that people would recognize?
   • Can I enact it with my own body in a pantomime that people
     would recognize?

If none of these applies, you are probably communicating on too high a level. Your language will be less potent.

p.42
Politics is about people. Politics is about working for and representing people and concerns citizens' everyday life. Politics changes how we live, what hopes we have, what actions we can take, whether we are healthy or sick, whether our children can go to college, whether our local museum stays open, and whether the food on our dinner table is safe to eat.

p.43
The easiest way to make that understandable is by sharing real stories, about people you have met, your own family, friends, religious institution, or community.

p.43
Maybe you know an elder community member who struggles with lack of medication and poor care. Share a few words about that person, about how her struggle makes you feel, and why cases like hers are exactly why you propose the reforms.

p.43
Say you want to make people understand what your most basic values are. Maybe you can share a story about how you learned them──from your parents, a friend, a teacher, a stranger who impressed you by showing civil courage, someone who inspired you to be the person you are. Be humane and honest.

p.43
   To sum up:
► Use your own language; never use your opponent's language.
► Be aware of what you believe and repeat it out loud over and
over; never repeat ieas that you don't believe in, even if you are
     arguing against them.
   ► Be positive.
   ► Be authentic.
   ► Bring it home.
   ► Say it simply.

p.96
Nature is systemic. Causes in nature arise less by direct action than by systemic causation, but the systemic aspect of nature is hard to see and express. Every language has a way of expressing direct causation in its grammar.40
